PAYMENT SCHEDULE

*Initial Deposit due at CONTRACT SIGNING (applicable to UMP/$1,850 and EL/$500) UMP -$1000 is applied towards the price of the puppy *General Deposit of 50% of total cost of puppy due on PUPPY PICK DAY *Balance Due on GO HOME DAY (or 48 hours prior if puppy is flying home)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Initial Deposit (applicable to UMP and EL buyers only)

Initial deposit is due upon contract signing to formally join the EL or UMP match journey list.

Buyer agrees that deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to if Buyer decides s/he does not want or is no longer able to take a puppy.

Application of Funds

Breeder and Buyer agree that initial deposit money shall be applied to the final purchase price of the puppy.

Formal Litter Announcements (non applicable to RP buyers)

Formal litter announcements (and available spots) will occur by email from ara@yourdivinepup.com

Buyer agrees to add this email to address book to confirm email delivery. A courtesy text will also follow each email announcement. It is at this time of announcement when a Buyer will opt to join a litter list in writing BY EMAIL. Buyer understands that the number of available spots in each litter will vary and is subject to change at the discretion of the Breeder.

Buyer understands that announcements will occur at timeframes noted below and will depend on what list the Buyer has joined. Dates are “on or about” and subject to change without notice.

Timely Response

Buyer agrees to respond in writing BY EMAIL to each litter announcement within a 24 hour period to request to join a litter list or to formally request a reasonable time extension. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in a pass for that litter list and the spots will open to other buyers to secure.

Expiration Notice

(applicable to Expected List buyers only) Buyer will remain on their prospective lists for a total period of 6 months. Failure to choose a puppy from a litter list within the 6 month period will result in expiration of contract. Deposit is not refundable.
(applicable to Ultimate Match Program buyers only) Buyer will remain on their prospective lists for a total period of 12 months. Failure to choose a puppy from a litter list within the 12 month period will result in expiration of contract. Deposit is not refundable.
(applicable to Pre-Approved buyers only with no initial deposits held) Buyer will remain on their prospective lists for a total period of 12 months. Failure to choose a puppy from a litter list within a 12 month period will result in termination of contract.

General Deposit

50% deposit is due when buyer is matched with their puppy.

Application of Funds

Breeder and Buyer agree that general deposit money shall be applied to the final purchase price of the puppy. For UMP $1000 is applied from total deposit.

Temperament Evaluation Results and Puppy Pick Day

Buyer understands that puppy pick day occurs after temperament evaluations have occurred. Temperament results are shared with members of that litter list alone. Buyer will be invited to join facebook group to watch temperament evaluation videos and score cards will be sent via text or email. Buyer understands that no puppy will be approved for final purchase until temperament match is approved by Breeder AND agreed by Buyer. Failure to match Buyer to Puppy will result in Buyer returning to their assigned journey List for future litter considerations. Expiration dates apply. When a puppy is temperament-matched to Buyer, then Buyer must make additional deposit to cover 50% of purchase price is due and a pickup plan is established.

Puppy Pickup Dates and Boarding Fees

Buyer understands that the puppy must be picked up on the assigned go home dates made available and agreed upon by Breeder and Buyer. Transportation plans will be made on a case by case basis. Boarding fees will be additional and applied at $35 per day if the puppy cannot be picked up on the agreed upon date. Any additional vaccinations or vet care while boarding status will be paid by the Buyer.

Agreement To Terms

By signing below, the Buyer acknowledges they have read the above agreement completely and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth. Any legal action which may arise under the terms of this contract will be brought in Galveston County, Texas. The laws in the state of Texas shall control.
