Buyer agrees that deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to if Buyer decides s/he does not want or is no longer able to take the puppy.

Application Of Funds *

Breeder and Buyer agree that the deposit shall be applied to the final purchase price of the puppy.

Timely Response *

Buyer agrees to respond in a timely matter (24 hours) once pictures have been sent to waitlist to join a litter's Master List. If no response is received within 24 hours of picture announcement buyer waives their right to be added to that list should it be taken by other buyers. Divine Pups will send email with announcement, buyer agrees to add ara@yourdivinepup.com to address book to confirm email deliverability. Divine Pups will also send text reminder, however reply is required by email.

No Response *

Buyer is required to respond to every litter announcement sent to them within 24 hours. You will receive emails for all master lists that open while you are active on the waitlist. This is to ensure that we can proceed with the adoption process smoothly and efficiently, and to allow other families on the waitlist an opportunity to adopt one of our puppies. If there are two litters in a row where we do not receive a response from your family within the 24-hour time frame, we will move your family to the will call list and mark your account as inactive on the waitlist. This means that we will not be able to guarantee you a spot on the masterlist for future litters and you will no longer be notified of upcoming litters. If you wish to rejoin the waitlist, you will need to contact us prior to you being ready to start considering a litter. You may not rejoin once a masterlist has already been opened to waitlist .We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you anticipate any issues with being able to respond to litter announcements within the 24-hour time frame, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make alternative arrangements.

Remove Notice *

Buyer may request to be removed from the waitlist at any time. Please see deposit expiration policy on this agreement.

Additional Deposit *

Buyer agrees to pay additional Master List deposit of $1000 once s/he decides on a litter. Original $250 deposit is applied. $750 will be due at the time of joining Master List.

Puppy Match *

If a puppy from a litter's Master List is not a match after temperament evaluations Buyer will be moved back to Main Waitlist to their original spot. If a puppy from that litter is a match (sex, size, temperament and price) and Buyer passes after joining the Master Waitlist s/he may be moved back to Main Waitlist ONCE. Any future passes on Master Waitlist MATCHES will result in forfeiture of all money paid.

Master List Pick Time *

Buyer is responsible for choosing puppy from Master Waitlist during the reserved puppy pick day time. Failure to respond within the reserved time will result in buyer being passed until the rest of the Master List has made their pick.

Temperament Results *

Buyer understands that unless s/he is on a litter's Master List h/she will not be updated on any temperament results on pick day. Buyer may check in with breeder after pick day on availability of puppies of that litter.

Deposit Expires *

Buyer understands that if s/he is moved to the will call list any deposit paid will expire within 90 days unless otherwise agreed. Should s/he want to join waitlist in the future a new deposit will be due.

Puppy Pick Up Dates *

Buyer understands that puppy must be picked up on the assigned go home dates available. Additional boarding fees will be applied of $35 per day if puppy can't be picked up on assigned go home dates. Prior notice and agreement with Divine Pups is required prior to allowing an extension on pick up . Any additional vaccinations or vet care while in boarding status will be due by the buyer.

Agreement To Terms *

By signing below the Buyer acknowledges they have read the above agreement completely and agree to all the terms and conditions listed. Any legal action which may arise under the terms of this contract will be brought in Galveston County, Texas. The laws in the state of Texas shall be controlling.
