Deposit Agreement

Thank you for your interest in one of our divine pups.

We are thrilled to match you with your new puppy.
We usually have a waitlist for our litters. Unless a puppy is posted on our website as a “READY” pup then this is the process to follow.
First you must fill out a PUPPY application. We will contact you once we have received the application to schedule a phone interview.
Then, a WAITLIST application and deposit of $250 is required to join the MAIN waitlist. Once a litter is 6-7 weeks old we evaluate them for pricing and take formal pictures. The MAIN waitlist is notified and sent pictures, so if you are interested in any of the puppies then you can be moved to the MASTER list for that litter. An additional $750 is due at the time of joining a MASTER list.  Any deposit placed is NON REFUNDABLE.
After temperament evaluations are done, you will have access to their score cards and evaluation videos.  On puppy pick day every one on the MASTER LIST has an appointment to go over their matches. Your pick spot is determined by the date your original deposit was received. ( so if a family is looking for the exact type of puppy you are and their main deposit of $250 was received before yours, and both of you are on the litter’s MASTER list they will get to pick their puppy before you) . Once it is your turn to pick we will discuss the available puppies and who is a good fit for your lifestyle. A 50% deposit is due once you are matched with a puppy from the litter. If the puppy (ies) you were interested in from that litter are picked or if the temperament is not a match, then you are moved back to the MAIN waitlist to your original spot and you will have a $1000 credit towards the next puppy. We do not choose a puppy for you, we will only give you our recommendations of the best matches but ultimately you will choose which puppy you want.
We will ask that you read and sign the deposit agreement prior to being added to the waitlist.
For any puppies available and posted as READY a puppy application is required, a phone interview and a deposit of 50% to hold the puppy.
